The certified Gastronomo course from the Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu in Florence is a one-year program exploring different areas of Italian gastronomic culture.
Students attend from September to June, combining theoretical and practical lessons delivered in a hybrid format: theoretical classes are held online through a dedicated platform, while practical activities take place in person in Florence at our historic headquarters in Palazzo Ximenes Panciatichi, in the heart of the city.
All classes are taught in English.
The Gastronomo course is designed for those who want to discover Italian cuisine starting from the basics. From the very first lessons, students will learn and practice essential culinary techniques.
