The Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu in Florence is proudly the oldest active culinary academy in Tuscany, with a history spanning over 40 years of passion and professionalism. Founded in 1985, our school has always aimed for excellence and diversity in its educational offerings. Over the years, we have developed constantly updated programs and created courses tailored to the needs of new students and emerging trends.
In our new campus, located in the magnificent Palazzo Panciatichi Ximenes, we have created an innovative learning environment equipped with three modern kitchens featuring state-of-the-art professional equipment. Each classroom is designed to foster stimulating interaction and hands-on learning, allowing students to explore the richness of Italian culinary tradition with respect and passion.
The team has always been led by Cristina Blasi and Gabriella Mari: two very different spirits who perfectly complement each other with great synergy. Under their leadership, the Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu has become a benchmark for those wishing to discover the culinary arts, offering an educational experience that goes beyond mere learning.
