• Courses for the culinary enthusiasts: Basic General Cooking course (twice a year in due different time slots), Pastry Arts (twice a year) and Haute Cuisine (once a year). In addition, there are lessons exclusively on Italian cooking, which can be also held in English. You will find a complete course list, which includes even the courses done before. They do not appear in the calendar, but could be once again included in it.
