The course

Summer course in Italian cuisine taught in English,dedicated to students and enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge of the main preparations of classic Italian cuisine, bread and pizza making. The course is strucrured through practical cooking lesson: each student actively participates in the lesson.

Various culinary processes will be covered, including the preparation of fresh pasta, bread, pizza and focaccia, focusing on Italian traditions and ingredient selection.

The course schedule includes 4 hour long daily lessons, from 9am to 1pm, or 2pm to 6 pm;  Monday through Friday. The educational workshops will be held in English, starting on July 8th and ending on July 26th.

These are complemented by two educational visits and wine tastings.

The cost

The total cost is 3,300.00 Euros (that means 3,560.00 Dollars, or 2,830.00 British Pounds) and includes all ingredients and the uniform: hat, jacket and apron.
