The following is an example of the many cooking programmes the school can offer:
 
An historical menu
The cooking class starts with coffee or tea and biscuits, followed by an historic presentation of the chosen dishes. As it is hands-on, all participants have the opportunity to be actively involved in the food preparation. In addition, there will be a brief presentation and tasting of the paired wines. At the end of the cooking class the participants will enjoy a sit-down feast of the prepared dishes served by the school staff dressed in period costumes while listening to music typical of the period.
