The course will offer a methodology for interpreting images capable of creating a strong relationship between the image and the dish created. Through this approach, students will have the tools to understand what kind of image (and therefore atmosphere) will best represent their culinary creations. The ultimate goal is to create coherent communication that conveys the unique characteristics of the chef.

The workshop, dedicated to professionals, students in the field, or simple enthusiasts, will have a primarily practical structure; through the working group, formed by teachers and students, we will cover all the phases of the creative project that will lead to the execution of the final shots.
