Winter vegetables, spring vegetables, summer vegetables, autumn vegetables.

Four groups of lessons, three (creative and traditional) lessons for each group/season in order to use the vegetables following the course of nature.

In the lessons you will learn how to recognize, prepare and cook the most common vegetables in Italy. Each lesson includes the preparation of a complete menu including a vegetable dessert.

AUTUMN VEGETABLES:

First Lesson
Mushroom Acquacotta (soup)
Pumpkin and Amaretto Biscuit Gnocchi
Potatoes stuffed with Mushrooms
Pumpkin Fritters
Pumpkin Pie

Second Lesson
Lettuce Sauce
Olive Bread
Pasta with Cauliflower Sicilian Style
Lettuce Rolls
Red Bean Montebianco Pudding

Third Lesson

Pumpkin Fried Tortelli
Grilled Lettuce Soup
Mushroom and Bacon Fat Pasta

The courses are held only in Italian.
